IIFA Awards 2025: Laapataa Ladies Dominates, Kartik Aaryan Wins Best Actor

 

The 2025 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, held in Jaipur, witnessed a grand celebration of Indian cinema. Kiran Rao’s ‘Laapataa Ladies’ emerged as the night’s biggest winner, sweeping 10 awards, including Best Picture and Best Director.

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan, who hosted the event with Karan Johar, recalled the challenges of stepping into the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise:
"People doubted me, but the audience stood by us. This win is for them."
